We have been utilizing a plugin to calculate live rates from UPS for international locations, however after some customer feedback we realized some of the rate calculations seemed to be extremely high. After some troubleshooting we decided to revert to rates for known locations that make more sense for available products. It’s not going to be perfect for edge conditions (bulk purchases, etc.) so if anything seems not quite right please reach out for support.
Overall the rates are much more affordable than what was being reported via the live rate calculation.
