We ship all of our New products from CA, we use a 3rd party logistics provider to handle warehousing and shipping and they handle packing, tracking of serial numbers (yes all shipments have serials recorded), and shipping to customers. We specify all shipments ship within 1-2 business days however the majority do ship next day.
Our refurbished products, and the occasional New product will ship from one of our other logistics providers warehouses in Indiana, New Jersey, or Alabama.
The above applies to shipping from our site, if purchased on Amazon via Prime, Amazon handles shipping. Newegg and others will come from CA for the most part.
